A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment. Balance payment must be cleared as per the schedule shared at the time of booking, typically prior to visa submission and flight ticketing.
Pilgrims are responsible for submitting accurate and complete documents within the timelines communicated by Mumtaz. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of Saudi authorities; Mumtaz is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete documentation, ineligibility or government processing timelines.
Itineraries, hotel categories and flight schedules are subject to change due to airline schedules, Haram crowd management protocols, or circumstances beyond our control. Mumtaz will make reasonable efforts to notify pilgrims of any changes in advance.
All pilgrims are expected to respect local laws, customs and Haram etiquette throughout the journey. Mumtaz reserves the right to withdraw group support from any traveller engaging in unlawful or disruptive conduct.
Mumtaz acts as a coordinator between pilgrims and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). While we vet our partners carefully, Mumtaz is not liable for losses, delays or damages caused directly by these third parties or force majeure events.
Hajj packages are subject to final quota confirmation, pricing and protocols set by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah and the Haj Committee of India. Package inclusions may be revised to comply with official requirements closer to the Hajj season.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
